Who ever really knows?

Isn't life crazy. Doesn't it just toss you around. And when you think you've got it figured out, life takes a crazy turn. And bam, you realize you still don't know anything at all. Yeah sure you gain wisdom, as you go along this journey we call life, hopefully. But in the end you can never predict what will happen. What crazy turn your life will take. What catastrophe will change your life next, whether its for better or for worse. Hopefully life treats us well, but there are always those unfortunate events that either break us or make us stronger, and sometimes both.
For instance I never knew I would someday become the person who I am today. I always thought that I would be married by now, probably to someone in "the ministry". I was very religious at one point but I have come to realize that, life isn't about religion. Life is about living. And even though I do believe that religion is a part of life, I no longer believe that it's all of life. And if that is the case, than I would have to say that my religion is love. Well at least I try for that to be. Its definitely a work in progress. Because its easy to be mean to people you may not like to much. I do try. With that I leave you with a song.

I just want to say that I really really love this song. Can you believe that just a couple years ago, I didn't even know this song. Its crazy because, I would have totally dug this song. Its sad really. Just the ideas of this song are awesome. This song is about the world living in harmony. That's just awesome! This song is just so profound, in many ways. I don't know how you could not like this song. I love it. It brings hope to my life. Hope in people. Hope in humanity. Hope for peace and love and joy. "you may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one..."

Legalize

I just don't understand why Marijuana is illegal. To me it makes no sense because I happen to believe that alcohol is much worse than marijuana is. To me it seems that more people get hurt drinking rather than smoking. I always hear of terrible accidents caused by alcohol but never do I hear about accidents caused by marijuana. I believe marijuana is good in moderation, just like alcohol is good in moderation. I just don't the harm that would come if marijuana was legalized. Do you?

So I found this cool article on the web about our legal drinking age in America. It basically states that the legal drinking age in America is too high. I agree. Is it really fair that we can go to war and possibly die at 18 years old but we cant even have a beer. It just doesn't make any sense to me what so ever. According to this article the US has the highest drinking age. We should be teaching how to drink responsible. Instead we make an age limit that's not realistic. How many people do you know who drink who are under age? I know a lot of people. I think that the age limit should be seperated into two catagories. For instance, I think that at 16 you should be able to drink beer. Than at eighteen be able to drink hard alcohol too. Just to help you adjust, instead of just diving into drinking with out a clue. I don't know. Thats just what I feel.

Beautiful?!

Photoshop. Is it good or is it evil. I don't think you can really say its either its simply a tool. Now whether its used for good or evil depends on the person using the tool. I think it could be used for really cool things. Photographers can use it to make their pictures more creative. Average people can use it to make fun, silly pictures. A business man can use it to make his or her logo. Or people could just like to use it for fun. Their are many uses for photoshop, but i don't exactly see why it is used to make images of people so perfect. There are so many things that can be done with photoshop, its amazing! Take this video for example, where they take this very manly man and turn him into a very beautiful woman!

The things you can do with photoshop, Its crazy! I don't see why people have to use photoshop to make already beautiful women even more "perfect". Its bad for peoples confidence. When photos are re touched to perfection, it gives people a false sense of beauty, because in reality most people would never be able to look like that. Causing problems associated with low self esteem.

The Lottery

Who hasn't wanted to win the Lottery at some point or another? I know I want to. Its funny because some times I just really hate money, well not really money, just what it does to people. Its kind of like power, only instead of being power crazy people get greedy. I guess you can get power crazy too when you have a lot of money. But you cant exactly hate money because you need money to survive and its fun when you have money. The more I thought about it, the more i could relate to the song Cream bye Wu Tang Clan.

So as I kept thinking of money, it made me want to win the Lottery even more because I am broke. Ha Ha Ha. But I had no idea how the Lottery worked, so i looked it up. I found this really help full demo for anyone else who might want to win the Lottery :)

Pork and Beans by Weezer, is just an awesome song!! I love it! Its all about being your self and not caring what other people want you to be or do. Its all about being comfortable with your self instead of just going with the crowd. I think that's an awesome message! I wish that more artist would give that kind of message. A message of individuality. I think that's pretty sweet! And its just a fun song!
